Website Redesigns for Individuals

I've been asked by many of my friends and family to design websites for them over the past ten years. These are some of my best ones.

Held in Contempt (2002-4)

Held in Contempt is a personal weblog operated by a pharmacology lawyer with particular interest in law, pharmaceutical-related matters, shoes, and absurdity; she wanted an elegant two-panelled user interface she could easily maintain, and preferred the color purple. She loved this design with its's soft background texture and focus on her words.

Doctoral Thesis (1998) (Prototype)

In 1998, a friend approached me to design a companion website for her doctoral thesis. She wanted something elegant, pocket-sized, and impressive. This prototype met her needs nicely - until she decided that she wanted to persue another career. It was never implemented.
