Contorting his tongue around words of many syllables, he wiggles within the language, preferring those words that are borrow wholesale from other languages - the algebras and the cachets - that add a twist to his flowing river of language. He tests the words with his tongue, rolling the syllables across his teeth like the first sip of a fine wine; he tells the lingering listener his verdict - a carefully thought out critique given with great enthusiasm. G calls himself a raconteur of language; he is the only person he knows who can speak Esperanto.
